Evergreen Complete Tree Care is capable of all aspects of tree pruning, deadwooding, removals, and beyond. Our focus is on complete deadwood cleanouts, proper cuts, safe removals, limited collateral grounds damage, and thorough clean up. We disinfect all of our pruning tools between trees, as to not spread disease. We suggest that when you do work yourself, or hire another tree company, that you request disinfecting of tools BEFORE pruning work is done on your trees! This can be done with 50/50 bleach and water, or a disinfecting spray. This is a small step that can be taken to save your trees and your money in the long run!
When pruning is done, you can count on thorough cleanouts of deadwood, removal of rubbing and diseased branches, and tasteful thinnings. Cabling, stem pins, ground anchors, and lightning protection will also be suggested on a need to basis for long-term structural integrity of certain trees.
We use numerous permanent cabling techniques, which are specifically suggested on a tree to tree basis. All of our cabling systems are as non-invasive as possible, and only with a keen eye will they be seen! We only use top of line products when and installing cable and bracing systems, and we follow the written industry guidelines and standards in their installment.Cabling and bracing proves to be an invaluable tool in the stabilization and preservation of trees, and we do a lot of them!
Sometimes removals are warranted when a tree becomes structurally unsound, and safety is compromised. We use trade tools and techniques to get the job done right, and minimize the risk of property damage. When called for an estimate, Michael A. Smith will analyze the overall structural integrity of suspect trees with numerous methods:
Visual analysis- inspecting for fungal conks, included bark/weak crotch unions, dieback, weight orientation, and root heaving.
Internal analysis-Using sounding techniques and small drilling holes to judge internal decay and stability.
